The Collect for The Fifth Sunday before Advent

Blessed Lord, who caused all holy Scriptures to be written for our learning: Help us to hear them, to read, mark, learn and inwardly digest them that, through patience, and the comfort of your holy word, we may embrace and for ever hold fast the blessed hope of everlasting life, which you have given us in our Saviour Jesus Christ. Amen.

Daily Prayer from Oremus

Welcome to our  website

Aughrim and Creagh group is the most northerly parish in the diocese of Limerick Killaloe and Clonfert.     Aughrim is made up of Aughrim, Clontuskert , Wood lawn and Ardrahan.

Creagh is made up of Ballinasloe and Ahascragh. To see our location, click on the Churches page.

We have two vestries  each looking after their own union, with the Rector as the chairman of each.  We have a Mothers’ Union branch in Aughrim and Ballinasloe . We are one of only two parishes in Clonfert, and we are proud to present our website. Feel free to drop in to the site to see what is happening in our group and maybe get service times and pay us a visit at one of our special services or indeed any Sunday service if you wish. As you will see from the site we have six churches to choose from.  We have photos on display on our page,  so you might even see yourself here. While  creating this site we found some interesting facts in the publication ” Inspiring Stones” a good read for anyone interested in our Diocese,  also check out
